Theo is great for bed time routines… however it is rife with bugs and Theo the companion only works half the time. Majority of it he’s already in bed when we open the app. Would love to give this a higher rating but it’s just too buggy.

They sign you up without permission by stealing your info and make it extremely difficult to cancel.
I love this because you learn about God and you can pray and you can meditate THEODORE. I love him and Wright right now. I was just playing it and THEODORE is already asleep and I don’t know how to wake him up but I love this so much. I’m eight years old and this thing is so amazing. I mean Theo is amazing. The thing the app.
This app immediately threw me into a whole year subscription after the trial period and without my approval! It is for smaller children, so my daughter was not interested. She hates the lady’s voice, because it sounds creepy to her. The app is limited on everything. Not many options, at all. I thought there would be more features and better ways to read. Songs are limited and stories are not detailed at all. I would not recommend for kids over 7yo.

This review is not for the content of the app! The content is great! However, I was charged a few months ago for the whole yearly membership and never subscribed to it. THEN, I tried to do a free trial today and it charged me 2 separate times for $1 per my bank notifications…the free trial said it is FREE ($0.00). I don’t understand how they charging me for stuff when I don’t think I’m going to get charged.
Annual subscription money grab. Canceled card. They still found a way to charge it.
Please stop trying to get money I cancel the subscription before my free days end
I had a issue with a subscription I needed refunded and they replied within minutes of my email and had it completely taken care. Followed up and took care of us. Would recommend.
