This app is rather useless.. it glitches and tells me I don't have a PCP after every 2-4 uses. Very little actual information in the app at all. Laughable.
I tried to download the App 2x it doesn’t work!
The only thing that stays up to date is my dependents names and member ids. I can’t add one of my kids no matter how many times I have called. The rewards section doesn’t up date like it was.
I called myself trying to login in my account and changing the password yall need to fix this app asap
It won’t load anything. Just says loading please wait. This is after it told me I could log in.
This new app doesn’t work in Louisiana
I’m giving it one star because as someone, especially who is blind myself and rely on accessibility, I tested the app and found out that it’s not accessible. Honestly the worst app ever Issue and difficulty: drag and drop down is not going to work for me to select my state. The best solution is to provide the dropdown menu that is easy to select the states. Example accessible alternative: comboboxes are better. Because I’m not able to use the app I’ll have to go back to old way.
I’ve been trying to get into my account since April 1st. The website won’t load when I log in and says their webpage is basically broken. I tried the app and it won’t let me log in either, as soon as it puts my username in it says I have to contact an administrator or use their website. Which doesn’t work. I’m very frustrated , and I don’t make phone calls, so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to access my account when the app and website are both broken.
The new patient portal is really good, I love how I have my kids member ID and card at all times and I can see what providers are In Network. As well as changing providers if needed
I can’t login in like I can’t get past the choose state page without it says contact your administrator or something and then I got to login once and then says page won’t load I can’t get through anything
