FWC2026 Mobile Tickets

It says that I will have access to the tickets on the day of the event. Well, it is the day of the event and I still do not have my tickets .

App sucks wont let me log in

I tried to sign up/login. It is not working. It is a junk application

The ticketing system for the FWC has been awful, I have not been able to see my tickets or transfer them, not even using their own platform.

Lost 2100 Dollars worth of tickets, CANNOT GET INTO BRAZIL GAME. CORPORATE GREED

On game day of RSA vs CZE, I received an email notifying me that I had my ticket ready for download. I clicked on the link, downloaded that app and signed up for an account. After logging in with my credentials, I was asked to verify my email with a code. After entering the code, I was stuck on a black screen. I tried reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, and using different web browsers in incognito mode. I tried using the website instead of the app. I mean I even tried going to the ticket office by the entrance of the stadium but that was closed. It was supposed to be my first world cup game. Guess I’ll have to wait until the next world cup if they don’t fix the logging-in issue.

Purchase tickets from Gametime app and everytime I go to accept them it takes me to a portal where I have to wait 5-15 mins before getting to a screen saying no tickets. Absolutely no support on the app to talk to a human. Clearly they didn’t care much about putting effort into making the app or customer service

After some frustration getting messages about downloading the tickets that I bought from StubHub, I figure out that you must turn off your VPN, in my case, Nord in order for the app to work and email links from FIFA to start arriving.

If you are lucky then everything works fine. You buy a ticket, it shows up in the app and at some point in time the ticket might also be activated to enter the stadium (hopefully). However, if you want to transfer a ticket and the transfer doesn’t not initially work as it supposed to, do not expect to get any help. Do not expect any support at all in general. For those prices I’d expect a gold foiled, perfumed, personally delivered ticket from a FIFA employee. But if you are lucky you might be able to actually attend the event you paid a horrendous amount of money for. I am not doing this again. Not under this greedy management. Thank you for destroying the joy of football. I thought that FIFA should do quite the opposite. But what do I know… never again.

Terrible app with zero costumer support. World Cup starts in less than a week and I still can’t access my tickets. FIX THIS USELESS App!!!!

Spent $10k on tickets and still unable to see them on this app. What a joke.
