出来ないし、せっかく日本語対応のチケットサイトなのに FC認証しているのに転売ヤーに乗っ取られて ロックがかかりチケット購入出来ないでいる。 転売対策、重複、やめて欲しい。
前に使っていたカードが使えなくなった。 問い合わせしても返信ない。 他のカードで決済したけど、今度はマイページに表示されない。 これも問い合わせ中… 6月に韓国行くからそれまでに解決できるといいけど、システムちゃんと整えて欲しい。
コンサートのチケットを取る時、座席が表示されない事が何度もあり困っている
長い待機時間の後にやっと入れても画面が真っ白になったり403エラーやパズル（動いてなかなか出来ない）が沢山出ます。これだとなかなか予約が出来ません。少しでも改善される事を期待しています。
10分間しか閲覧が出来ないのを何とかして欲しい。 エラーも頻発して途中操作を止めたりしながらだとたった10分だと満足なチケッティングが出来ない。 あと、掴んだチケットは10分〜15分は保有権利を持たせて欲しい。クレカ決済で負けると本当に萎えます。
不審な動きは何もしてないのにログイン出来なくなり、チケットも取れません。問い合わせをしてますが、たくさんの人が問合せをしてるからか返事も無く。悲しいです。
大事なチケ争奪戦で、サイトにはいれなくなる
BTSのチケットを購入しました。Face Pass登録もてきて安心しました。正規で購入できて良かったです。ファンが公正にチケッテイングできるよう、代行業者の制限をお願いします。
チケッティングを頑張ってしています が100%の時は仕方ないにしても 99%の時もチケットが出た事がありませんチケット出していただけているのかしら〜 本当に行きたいです ホテル&航空券はゲットしています お願いです 助けてください
