Adjust Noise Control settings, Be Aware, touch controls, safe listening levels, and sound to your personal preference – or use the presets for JLab Signature, Balanced, or Bass Boost. Plus, get software updates for your product right when they’re available. Active Noise Cancellation Control With the new JLab App, you'll be able to increase the active noise canceling from off all the way to max ANC, (on your ANC compatible earbuds) while in the earbuds themselves you can only select on or off. Be Aware Audio Bring the outside in. Use the JLab App to increase or decrease the amount of outside noise you let in by adjusting your Be Aware settings. (For Be Aware Compatible earbuds only) EQ Customization Fine tune your sound by adjusting the equalizer settings. JLab products come set with three default settings - called Custom EQ3 Sound, which features JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost and a 4th option 'Custom'. Use the JLab App to test and set your own equalizer settings by adjusting Bass (200, 280, 400 Hz levels), Mid-Range (550, 770, 1000, 2000 Hz levels) and Treble (4000, 8000, 16000 Hz levels). Custom Controls JLab products come with controls in each earbud that control anything from volume, track changes, play/pause and more. If you'd like to switch the settings, you can customize your controls further via the app. Safe Hearing All future JLab models will now support Safe Hearing. Switch between the default output, 95 dB, or 85 dB for a safe listening experience.

The software is easily one of the poorest design I have come across e.g., They have two distinct controls for Noise Cancelling on and off, and both of them can be turned on at the same time !
I got this app because I have an iPhone and i SPECIFICALLY wanted to track them, but that feature is android exclusive, not worth your data trust
I love this app! My earbuds connect super fast without me having to do anything and it is very easy to use! Amazing!
My jlab earbuds won’t connect to the app no matter what I do!
The connection is trash then it gives you instructions that don’t even work and this app is not worth your time to try to connect
I can’t connect my jlab air pop and it won’t let me access. Equalizer
Did not help me find me fine one of my headphone there is no beep to help me and only wants me to buy a new one and if I moved to much I will slip off
Won’t connect, tried multiple times. Absolutely worthless.
This app worked great and finally allowed me to control the volume on my iphone SE. even on the lowest level my phone was too loud for any non-Apple Bluetooth headsets. This app with max sound level adjustment was just what I needed.
The app works well and so do the earbuds, I really don’t understand why they’re so bad. Like, why expect a 200 dollar product for a much cheaper price? Overall amazing.
Earbuds connect to phone just fine but never connect within the app, always ‘Connection timeout’
Just save up the money for airpods i swear they will be 10x better the active noise cancellation does nothing if the sound is loud or even 10 feet away from you does nothing and cheap quality obviously that’s expected at the price point but it wont let you reconnect to bluetooth after they fully die you have to forget the device to repair it to you phone please i beg you dont waste you money
