I bought this app, then canceled it and even received an email from someone saying it would be canceled. Guess what, they kept charging me. And it doesn’t show up under subscriptions so it makes it even weirder and more difficult to get it canceled. This company is a nightmare to deal with.
Updated: This app was really good from the beginning and now can’t imagine life without it. Have been using it for 4 months since we got our rescue. Just discovered the feature where you can playback the sounds the dog has been making in the log. They thought of everything! Being able to change the noise sensitivity of the microphone is so helpful since we have noisy neighbors. The video function is intuitive. And occasionally our dog responds to being soothed by us talking to him (though mostly he is unimpressed since he can’t smell or see us.) This is a thoughtful, stable app. Glad to have it and would buy again.
Simple and easy to use
The app was great for the first month but in the past week, I’ve been having regular connection issues. The dog monitor device keeps disconnecting when it’s monitoring.
This app has helped me have a sense of peace when leaving my anxious dog at home. Has also let me know I have been out too long and go home, or don’t have to go home just yet. As much as it has helped me it has also helped him with his anxiety by being able to talk to him if need be.
so i bought the app and payed for it but how am i supposed to put the code in on my other phone if i would have to pay for it again on my other device?! is that just how it is that i have to pay 14$ for it? someone please let me know asap.
Had a old iPad to use save me a little money. I didn’t have to buy another nest camera. Also I can use it in my car
Easy to operate. Good clear pictures. Very happy with this app
I do wish it wouldn’t stop playing if we go into another app but it’s amazing for the price. You get what you pay for 🤪 I’m just happy I can check on my daughter I hate leaving her 🐩
Love having this app to watch my fur babies when I’m at work or away!
