App never works always says try again later
Up until recently, you could scan tickets to see if you won, but now the camera faces you, and there’s no way to turn it back to scan the ticket so I can’t add losing tickets to my account or cash winning tickets and send to my account. I think it has a glitch somewhere it needs fixed. Turn the camera back around I don’t need
Refuse to buy lotto tickets as a result. way to go Ohio Lotto
Password change is awful. All it says is invalid even when meeting requirements. Tried 5 different passwords and gave up
For the love of God, Ohio, please find somebody better to run this app. This company is absolute garbage. The app barely works. It’s full of bugs. The servers always down. They are the worst go look at any other app. They run every single one one star.

Just awful. It’s been years and it still can’t verify ID
Could this be anymore difficult? But then we all know that the lottery is not interested in being accessible to all. I have entry ticket which I used to be able to just enter ticket number online or mail tix to enter. No more you now have to have a consultant to be able to enter. Backing off buying lottery tix a lot since I cannot enter any online contests…
Can’t login half the time
It’s ridiculous. You have to login every time you want to scan one of your tickets. Seriously the app has no way to remember your login or Keep you logged in for more than one day. And every time you launch the app, as you’re scrolling through to look at the winning numbers it has a pop up ad for another game that will always slide in. The interface is awful. It’s ridiculous that the state of Ohio probably paid someone a lot of money to sign this app.
