I can no longer find the specific stories I’m looking for. Therefore the app is now useless to me. It’s a shame because I always used it in the past but after the update it’s just useless for me.

This was a decent app but it continues to get worse. Very good app. The two big issues are notifications and content. I love the traffic notifications, but there's no way to control what other kinds of things your notified of. The app has many times spoiled sports scores for me. Notification you to take you to written versions of the news but many of them now take you to live video. So if you don’t click it right at that moment then you missed the story. The stories themselves used to cover a variety of types of news but now it close to 100% Atlanta news only. I couldn’t find any news today about the world, or the Iran war. The only national stories were about funding the TSA and gas prices. There’s no way to filter or find stories or certain news categories - it’s just one long continuous feed. If you keep scrolling, the stories are over a month old.

This app is not as good as the old app. You click on a notification and it takes you to a live feed instead of the story you want! It also doesn’t allow dark mode because I have searched over and over trying to find how I can view in dark mode. I have the settings on my phone for dark mode but it won’t work with this app. Bring back the old app!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE UPDATE!!!! They have completely ruined the App with the recent changes. I hate the new look. Nothing seems to work right, and I mean nothing!!!! Daily weather doesn’t load right, the homepage is HORRIBLE now and just scrolls the same stories over and over. Contact us doesn’t work. Why must you keep changing things? And changing them in a way that just absolutely ruins the app. Whoever approved this update should be FIRED immediately!!!!! Did you even actually test the app before launching? Also, What happened to the traffic, can’t find it? I Hate everything about this new app. Absolutely the worst app update ever!!!!! Please return it, at least things worked right.

I am actively searching for a new local news app. I hate the update. Doesn’t take you to articles just live unrelated news.

I love the app

I have use this app for years and it has been my go to news source. But after the last couple of updates it has been frustrating. I get notifications and click on ones that interest me. But now many times (at least half of the time), the article that I want does not come up and I different one comes up instead. I try searching for the article that I want to read but can never find it. I hate to have to switch to another news source because I trust 11Alive to be factual, but this has become to frustrating.

Click on a notification and get sent to different story! So bad

It is obvious that Rachel is qualified, however it would benefit her greatly to take some speech classes with her piercing voice. Her sounds are very nasal and could greatly improve from working with a speech specialist. A voice specialist would benefit her greatly.
