For the latest election, May 16, 2026, my ballot on the app did not match the actual ballot at the polls. A whole section was missing on the app. Unreliable app.

I'm not signing up for something I have to pay for, when it's free to Vote. Just show your REAL ID. Also the reviews don't sound good.

Really enjoy using this App to speed the voting process. Would really like to see a User Comment Box for each election item in My Sample Ballot. I believe this would really help discussing one’s choices with friends.

Tried to use, it asked for more information than I want to give. Really should just let you enter a zip code. No honest reason to ask for more

When an election comes around GEAUX vote does not recognize me. I go on website and I’m there Why is that Maybe they don’t want me voting for local elections?

Could use some improvement. It would be nice if the app showed you not only your precinct, but also your district and who all of your sitting elected officials are. Bonus would be a direct link to their contact information if you needed to call or email about a specific issue.

My husband and I both downloaded this app when it first came out. It worked then but now it does not. We have voted in every election in our parish since we have lived here and have been registered voters since the age of 18. Now it tells us “No voter found”. It’s truly ashame that taxpayer dollars were used to create this app and it doesn’t work. Wish the news media in Louisiana would quit directing voters to this app. IT DOESN’T WORK!!!!

11/10/23- I checked the status of an absentee ballot sent and was shocked. Upon entering the required sign on information required by the State another person’s name was on MY ballot with all personal voter registration information visible. I do not think there is an active attempt to defraud anyone by the State. This is another example of poor training or incompetency which has grave consequences for the individual. No wonder identity theft is rampart .

App does what I need from an app. It gives me a listing of candidates and things we will be voting on such as proposed taxes, constitutional amendments, etc. when the final ballot has been determined. I can do a sample ballot on my phone which stays on my phone, not shared with anyone and use when casting my vote. Then as election results are reported to the state and tabulated I have automatic updates within the app. There is a very short learning curve to be able enjoy all the benefits of the app. But even with a deficit in my vision, I easily get the info I need MUCH faster than from the news media. And targeted to my precinct, parish or statewide. That way I do not have to listen to essentially irrelevant election results repeatedly to hear what I need to know.
