I exchanged no less than 12 emails trying to receive help since the upgraded subscription features were not working. They never got the app to work for me and were of zero help.

The people who maintain this app don’t care about women’s safety at all . I told someone who contacted me that I was just starting to date someone he immediately reported my profile and it was removed by the site . That’s a violation to pof which 1 how would I know that relationship would go anywhere and 2 all the time men are overtly aggressive on that site and I have to just deal. They ban you for things what really that isn’t a violation of their rules yet I was still banned .
Shows profiles that haven’t been active in over a year
Deletes your account for no reason
Allow us to delete someone we’ve liked without having to block them. If I contact women someone and they don’t respond I would like to be able to delete them without having to block them. Also I’m only interested in
Be careful if you buy a premium membership and cancel it they will still auto renew it. Customer service is absolutely worthless and does nothing to remedy the situation. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. Sadly, the app was not worth it anyways it’s mostly old profiles that were created years ago and the person hasn’t even logged on in years. Definitely way better apps out there. This is the bottom of the barrel of all the dating apps.

I paid for this apps for over six months and got a couple of like here an there never got any response from any of my likes so I quit paying for the subscription and now magically I’m constantly getting likes but you have to pay to see them an the hole time I had my subscription I might have gotten 4 maybe 5 an now that I don’t pay for it I’m getting 4 or more every other day an it kept trying to get me to subscribe to match.com the entire time
After paying for a premium membership, I am not able to chat and half the time the app doesn’t allow me to see likes.
Won’t pay for this. I was off and on the site a couple of times. The last time I was on for maybe 2 days , hadn’t met anyone , had problems with face verification. Went to sign in and wouldn’t accept my password, tried to reset. Had to contact support. At which time they tell me I’m banned ( not suspended ) for no reason, no explanation, other than generic terms and conditions. I’ve tried a number of emails and no one will talk to me over the matter. All I can say is beware there are a lot of scammers on that site.
Nothing but cash hook ups and bots. Wouldn’t bother for actual males looking
