HOW TO USE TIRELAB: 1) Set wheel sizes 2) Compare and visualize differences Changing tires or rims on your vehicle? This is the app for you! TireLab is an advanced, yet VERY easy to use, tire and wheel calculator that allows the manipulation of the multiple dimensions of several tire and wheel combinations. It allows professionals, enthusiasts, and weekend mechanics the ability to examine, compare, and visualize multiple tire and wheel configurations in real time. Features: 1) Calculates, compares, and displays all key tire and wheel data points TIRE - Compatible rim sizes - Diameter - Difference - Distance per revolution (circumference) - Odometer error (difference in odometer) - Radius - Revolutions per mile - Revolutions per kilometer - Section (sidewall) height - Section width (tire width) - Size - Speedometer error (difference in speed) WHEEL - Backspace - Difference - Offset - Lip inset - Size 2) Tire/wheel configuration fitment calculator Provides the user the ability to identify vehicle fitment related issues that may potentially result from different tire and wheel configurations. - Axel/ride height - Brake component clearance - Fender (outside) clearance - Suspension (inside) clearance - Wheelwell clearance 3) Intuitive and easy to navigate interface TireLab provides for the ability to manipulate the key dimensions of both tires and wheels. If you desire to only utilize the tire modeling functionality you need only to adjust the tire measurements. All of the controls will automatically adjust to safe and compatible configuration thresholds. 4) Detailed scaled visual representations View, and compare, detailed representations of tire and wheel configurations. A unique "cutaway view" of the wheel provides the user with the ability to visualize and compare key tire and wheel measurements for multiple configurations. In addition, a unique "tire view" permits the user the ability to visualize and compare scale representations of different tire configurations. 5) Tire compatibility display Provides the user a list of compatible tire sizes and accurately indicates the differences in both tire width and tire diameter. 6) Tire and wheel technical reference Provides the user the ability to view codes, definitions, and technical specifications. -Tire construction -Load Index chart -Load Ranges -Speed Ratings -Tire types -Temperature Grades -Traction Grades -Treadwear Grades 7) Tire and wheel technical glossary Includes an extensive dictionary of tire and wheel technical terminology. 8) Imperial and Metric Full Imperial (standard) and Metric support. All information is displayed in both Imperial and Metric units.

This app is amazing !!! Helps a lot with explaining customers on tire sizes and how it will effect their braking and suspension when purchasing new wheels and tires specially if they aren’t OEM sizes!
Works great. I wanted new wheels for my truck, but wanted them to be about 5/8”-1” inside the fender flares. The factory wheels were offset so far in, the truck looked like it was wearing roller skates! I didn’t want them sticking out too far, and didn’t like the factory tucked in offset. This helped with find the perfect fit. The wheels ended up being exactly where I wanted them! Thank you!
Since last IOS update this app has not worked. Please fix.
Please ,, - make it rememberers the last Tire/Wheel Dimensions Best Tire/Wheel App on the App Store
Calculations are incorrect and not carrying through completely making app look cool but absolutely useless.
but i just wished that it could include allow more than just 2 wheels, (More than just A and B) I think there should be a C,D,E,F, etc. I also think a cool addition would be to add the ability to adjust camber and a measurement of the tire patch with the camber dialed in or have thw function of calculating how the wheel will gain positive camber when cornering and giving the measurement of that tire patch at that speed. Of course that would need to have inputs for things like, type of suspension, spring rate, ride height, weight, etc. That sounds actually very complex but would be really cool if it were apart of the app.
App opens on my ipad mini 4, but after loading, it does nothing. I tap and tap, all over the screen, app does not respond, does nothing. Want my money back.
It's not worth $4. Yes it works, but there are better for less.
This is an amazing app! It's just what I've been looking for. However, I noticed what appears to be a small discrepancy In the way the graphs portray sidewall height or sidewall. In the reference area sidewall is described as the section between the tire bead and the tread. In the graph area, sidewall is shown to be the section between the tire tread and the lip of the wheel. This would give the illusion that the visible sidewall height is actually larger than it really is. Typically the flange or bead seat of the wheel which holds the bead of the tire, protrudes from the barrel approximately 1 inch or about 25 mm. The graphs show all of this of course but the measured distance for sidewall height is shown incorrectly. Other than this I really like this app
This is an awesome app !! 4 stars only thing is After updating my phone to 4.3 this app will not open at all I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but no luck. I love this app please fix this problem.
