Muchas veces no funciona y dura días sin arreglarse y por consiguiente no se puede organizar la agenda

Why is dark mode the most hideous color palette? There’s no settings button to just turn it off, I shouldn’t have to change my whole phones settings just to make looking at STX pleasant. It genuinely gives me headaches.

Seriously if your an apple based app then you better make sure your app complied with apple updates! I can’t update my phone otherwise I risk access to the app!! Because it’s not compatible with IOS 16.3… so do something about it, otherwise everyone will be leaving this company.

Now that I’ve updated my iPad iOS to 15.1.1, my STX app will start up, but once I try to book an appointment or even open one that’s already booked…CRASH! So now this app is only good for seeing my book, but I cannot interact with any appointments or book any appointments. The team at STX is aware of the crashing that is happening to multiple people at our salon. Crash reports have been submitted along with other requested information. There is still no update fix yet!!! All subsequent iOS updates have not fixed the problem either.

All our stylists that have an iPhone older than the 14 and updates their phones to iOS 16 cannot use the app. It will open but as soon as you touch the screen to use it, it crashes. Contacted Salon transcripts and they are throwing the blame to Apple. It’s been over a month and still crashing. App is useless till it’s patched and since it’s useless I would give it a zero. Just looked at the last update. 5 years ago!!! 😳

Waste of money. It is out dated with no android option.

We’ve been using stx at my salon for over a decade. I love how user friendly it is. However, there hasn’t been an update in YEARS and now it’s crashing left and right. It makes it extremely difficult to manage your business when this keeps happening.

I just wish it was more user friendly when moving clients around. It’s very frustrating if you don’t hit the correct box for time bc if it’s not the correct time you have to delete it and then add the appointment back in.

I do like the app. The things I wish it would do are, edit an appointment. My clients who are my friends that contact me to make their appointments. When one needs to move their appointment, I have to reach out to the front desks to edit it. They don’t always edit the appointment, or they do it on the wrong day and or time. Another awesome future is, i wish it would notify you when someone books an appointment with you. Just like when they notify you when your client checks in. And also, it take a little too long to upload when you open the app. If this app had these features, It would get all 5 starts.

Unfortunately I have to use this app because the salon I work at has it. I don’t understand that in 2019 there is such a poor working program. It takes a delayed 30 sec at least to bring up my schedule anytime I try to look at it, or not at all. Why can this company not update their technology??? It’s honestly the worst
