Thought this would be the one that quizzes you with the actual questions on the CG exam; instead it’s just and electronic version of the navigation rules. One problem I found was it does not specify whether a rule is ‘inland’ or ‘international’.

Ignore the other reviewers, I’m guessing they didn’t look before they bought and now they’re peeved. There are many other applications to get in depth Collision Regulations , but at that point you may as well get a book (iBooks has some good interactive ones.) This app is a quick study guide that I like to let my students use when studying advanced cruising. It serves as a helpful reminder, that clears up the cluttered mess of other apps, since everything is organized well. I like to use it for morse code as well, but the flash cards are a great way to teach anything from ColRegs to semaphore. There are ways it could be improved, but it does not merit such low reviews.
内容は教本などのコピーかと 思うほどそのまんまです。 数少ない日本語表記も期待してましたが、翻訳ソフトで作ったらしく、整合性のない日本語が多く、いっそ英語のままのほうが理解できたかも。。。 浮標などを、船の上で見ながら 確認できたら便利かと思い 購入しましたが、これですと 一覧表をパウチしてデッキに 置いておいたほうが有効です。 100円などならいいですが、 この価格のかちはありません。
綺麗で見やすく、勉強し易いです。
Don't buy this app or download it. If you should find yourself on a vessel and you cannot remember the rules of the road then jump off and start swimming. This app gives you a brief, very brief and therefore not complete COLREGS. There are better apps out there.
So far it looks really good. It nice to have this app so I can study for my captain's license.
It's a good app. I am in the coast guard and it's good review and good for teaching new younger seaman. Just be aware that nav rules do change and you must keep updated yourself.
レースのルールじゃないんですね。 免許取る時習った事ばかりだけど、忘れてたし、いつか役に立つ（38㌳に買い換えたりとか）、と信じて★みっつです。
ヨットマン必携。バージョンアップで情報が着実に増えているのも好感が持てます。若干高い様に思うけれど、ヨット、ボート人口は少なくて何でも高いから仕方がないのでしょう。
This is at best a $.99 app. The most ripped off of any App I've ever purchased.
does not take advantage of iPhone's or other interactive features; simply reproducton of printed book - terribly disappointed
