App doesn’t let you make an account for rewards.
I’ve been frustrated for a long time that this app never applies the deals that are offered in the app to mobile orders, but have managed to work with it by just using the “use at store” option and giving the QR code. What’s extra frustrating is when the code is app only, and therefore impossible to use for some reason. Until they fix that I can’t give a good review score.
James is the best. Short on words but long on service. Keep up the good work James.
Submitted an order for later pickup and was there at the entered time; however, order was already cold
None of the promos will work no matter what I try even in store it’s broken won’t be using this app again
This store is always very quick and they get my order right every time
I ordered breakfast every day from Hardee’s and I must say that bacon bacon egg and cheese biscuit is by far my favorite every day go to and I am never disappointed when I do receive my order every day
Hardee’s has the best breakfast in town.

The app will let you order from the wrong store. Then when you call to cancel it they can’t refund you or set it to another store. There’s virtually no support. I’ll be asking my bank for a chargeback. Not worth the trouble.

The Hardee's in Moulton, as well as the next town, Decatur, doesn't use the app. The restaurant is open, but when I open the app it says unavailable. Basically the app is useless.
