I am using the latest iOS 26.5 and the app is unusable. You can’t take a photo or press record.
App crash settings unclear can’t record video proprely , I got the pro version and impossible to get a refund

쓰레기앱 녹화누르면 튕김, 환불좀 해줘
I recently upgraded to the Pro version, and the app consistently crashes whenever I attempt to adjust the white balance. I also attempted to request a refund but was unable to do so due to the lack of a clear process. Unfortunately, there are no effective troubleshooting tools or support resources available to resolve the issue, which has made the experience very frustrating.
가끔 영상속 소리가 무음으로 저장처리되는건 왜 그런걸까요. 잘 찍어놓고 소리가 안나와서 당황스러울때 한두번이 아닌데 왜 그런지 알려주세요

It looks like they’ve added some updates which make it more useful and you can get some cool vintage flairs on your videos. Everytime I hit upgrade to pro mode, it kicks me out. I wish there was a one time purchase option. I tired of all of these half baked apps on iOS making us all pay for a service.

유료 기능 쓰려고 구독결제해도 영상 저장이 안됩니다 ㅠㅠ 바로 찍어서 저장하는 무료기능은 되고요 기존영상 불러와서 필터 입힌다음 저장하는게(유료기능) 영상길이가 조금만 길어지면 작동안돼요.
This app is crashing, every time you hit record and you can’t see anything through the cameras. It’s as though you asked me to buy a piece in development.
