使いやすいし空席を作りにくくてファン側ももアーティスト側にも良い制度なのに、BOTが出回りすぎて代行や詐欺が横行してるので、スマホからのみ出品＆購入出来るようにしてほしい
個人的には全然使いやすい
バグが酷すぎて何も使えない
とにかく見辛い入力しづらい入力間違えてサポートに連絡したら何度も同じ内容をあちこち情報探させて同じフォームに何度も何度も入れさせて嫌がらせして諦めて泣き寝入りさせようとする。そもそも誤入力した内容をそのまま書いて情報が完全一致しないとその先話が進まないなんて拷問に値する。そんな物把握出来るわけがない。おかげ様でチケット受け取れない。みなさん絶対にこのアプリ使ってはいけない。このアプリ指定されたら最悪チケット代金全額失うことになる。もう二度と使わない。このアプリ指定されたら今後はそのイベント却下だ‼️

Pengembalian uang untuk orang yang bukan dari jepang dengan nama 3 suku kata itu sangat menyulitkan, bener-benar aplikasi yang sangat buruk dan kalian akan kesulitan untuk meminta bantuan ke cs karena mereka tidak menyediakan opsi bantuan lewat telepon dan hanya bisa lewat email benar2 menyulitkan pengguna
問題なくチケットが分配された時はいいですが、問題発生した際の問合せ対応が悪いです。 個人情報が一致しないの一点張りで何が違うか教えてくるない。 他の人も同じ対応しているので…と結局解決せず。 楽しみにしていたLIVEも問題なく行けるのか不安が残りました。
メールの配信停止用のメールがiCloudドメインのメール宛に届かず、問い合わせを行ったがサポートの対応もプロバイダに確認しろの一点で、なんの対応も無し。迷惑メールとして報告した。
이 어플은 최악임. 수수료를 중간에서 엄청 받는데 cs를 전혀 안함. 한국 회사, 아티스트들은 이런 쓰레기회사랑 절대 계약하지 마세요. 왜 이딴 어플을 쓰게하는지 이해할수없음. This app is the TRASH. They charge exorbitant fees and offer no customer service. Any companies and global artists should never sign with this vicious company.
