This is perfect
MyChart keeps me updated on my appointments, test results, bookings, variety of doctors you can choose from, very detailed. Making life very easy for some of us who cannot keep track of all appointments and schedules. We are able to send messages directly to our doctors and nurses. Everything is at your fingertips.
Why is it so hard to get refills? Why don’t you read your messages on the portal? I need my heart medicine!!
Easy to use
My historical patient information is not included. I’m a long time Mercy Hospital patient and much of my history is missing. Second billing practices are awful. They are not timely and create confusion due to their tardiness. Thirdly Trinity tries to push clients to online payment. I’m old school and like to receive a paper bill detailing my charges.
I am thrilled to be able to use this app and the doctors, nurses and staff are top notch!
Many of my doctors have retired and it is hard to get new doctors. You have to wait two, three, four months to get an appointment. I didn’t even get notified when my doctor retired, ugh! Doctors are not staying long enough to build a relationship with their patients. The medical field needs to revamp their business model! Very frustrating trying to get help!
It would be nice if we could sort Messages by “read” and “unread.”
Love the app as it provides we a lot of info resulting from visits. Sometimes the info provided can be a little confusing regarding exact instructions. Tried to utilize, however, have been frustrated. Need to contact customer service to clarify direction.
I have used MyChart but this current version has had some issues and I have been having issues getting any resolution but I am getting a lot of run around.
