It won’t connect my headphones to the app.

It says the headphones connected but they don’t in the app and it says there searching for devices and nothing happens after not a good app.

These headphones do not sound good. Zero bass. I downloaded app, enabled “bass mode”. Still terrible.

Every time I try to do it with my Skullcandy Crusher Evo headsets it just goes “darn we couldn’t do it” like wtf. Don’t tell me darn it’s your software that’s not working.

Why can I not connect it says searching but my product is powered on and is connected via Bluetooth

SKDY is making some amazing products. The Crusher family is ridiculously good, and the new Method buds are crazy good, acoustically and ANC. Do yourself a huge favor and check them out!

i have a pair of the hesh 540 ancs. pretty cool. i got them bc you could have adjustable 3d audio by thx. the headphones are great; but this is an app review. the slider in the app is glitchy; it'll hold the setting, but visually the slider goes all the way back to the left. it... is really annoying lol. it bothers me wayyyy more than it should. like i almost returned the headphones bc i thought they were broken specifically bc of the faulty slider. may have been an overreaction but it is that bothersome to me. i'm sure i'm not the only one! reached out to customer service (ai chatbot ugh) and it sounds like they are aware that it is, in their words, a visual glitch that is a known issue. i really, really hope a fix is on the way. app is a little slow too, and looks a bit dated. but these are minor criticisms imo. i like that you can even set spatial audio in the first place, i really like the personal sound and eq sections a lot. easily the best things in the app, how you can customize your playback sound. i'm a nerd though; i'd love a 10-band eq 👀 either that or the option to choose from a simple eq vs a more advanced eq. i'm not gonna give this one star bc idk how to connect or whatever petty bs others complain about. it's a well-made app that connects to my wireless anc headphones and allows a great level of playback sound customization. it's not perfect; it could be better. but it's hard to make the argument that, given all the app features, this deserves one star. i also only focused on sound; i don't use almost any of the other features like button mapping or spotify search or whatever. another user may find it useful. as for me, i'm generally pleased with my experience so far. except for the thx slider.

Works good does what it needs to

Connected to my headphones without issue (Crusher ANC 2). Love that I can customize the button controls as well as the personal sound test, it makes the headphones sound so much better.

All products are in this app now instead of having two different ones! Clean and easy to use!

So happy to see Skullcandy unify the app experience into 1 app!

Headphones work great but i could not connect mine and they “did not have extra features” so did i js buy too cheap of ones. i don’t like that tbh but okay..
