They banned me for no reason and they won’t respond to my email asking what I did. UNBAN ME WIZZ I DID NOTHING WRONG AND YOU WONT RESPOND TO ME

I’m confused and honestly frustrated about the age verification process because I already submitted a clear photo of my driver’s license, and it initially said that I had passed the verification step, but then afterward it suddenly changed to saying that my age couldn’t be verified. That doesn’t make sense to me, especially since I followed all the instructions carefully and provided valid identification. On top of that, I had only deleted the app temporarily and just came back today, so I’m not sure if something changed with your rules or verification system in the meantime, but it feels like there’s been some kind of error or inconsistency. I would really appreciate it if you could review my submission again or explain exactly what went wrong, because from my side everything was completed correctly and I’m not sure what else I’m supposed to do.

Could be a decent app, but every time I try putting up a regular video with full clothing on that’s clear in the camera, I keeps saying “don’t show explicit videos of yourself.” Y’all need to fix this it’s been a big problem using this app. I see girls on there all the time with their stomach out and boobs showing a bit and shi but I can’t post a vid or pic with full clothing on ???z

I wanted to use this app because I heard about it on TikTok and as much as I would have loved to try to review about the actual app itself I couldn’t even get in. I sent the photos of myself and then I did the face verification thing but then it deemed that I did not look 15 when I very much am! I tried to submit a form of ID verification, but I’m 15. I don’t have a passport drivers license estate ID or any of that so I couldn’t even verify myself. I trIDo restart the app and sign in multiple times but it continuously reports. there’s an issue with my verification every time I try to do the Face ID scan again I don’t know if it’s because the photos I submitted were photos of me with make up on making my face look clearer or maybe all the acne I have but I’m really disappointed about the fact that I couldn’t even use it because it thinks I’m not 15 because it’s using an AI scanner… definitely something they need to fix

So for one there not enough people in my city to text and it always shows me the same people and never anybody new , I hope yall can fix that bug

I’ve been trying to use this app again and it always gives me problems. I’m 18+ so of course I upload my ID, takes 10 tries to finally go through. As I’m trying to select a profile picture to create my account, it gives me a valid message stating that”Face id does not match.” Trying to follow the details in the message with MULTIPLE Attempts. To the point where I have been denied for 4 minutes for too many actions. If you want people to use your app, MAKE IT WORK. This is ridiculous and a waste of time !! use other apps like BFF to make friends etc;
