Hate to be jaded here. All I ask is be cautious. This is organized religion and money is very important to them. To the point it made me jaded. I hope you all get what you want from it.
E-mail received May 19 renew in two days. cancelled May 21. Charged anyway. Asked to refund they refused. Despite cancelling within window. Great that the app claims religious principles but actions not reflective of a faith based business
The features you get on the free version are amazing and the reason this gets a 5/5 instead of a 4/5. You get the necessities and more for free! So refreshing from traditional bare bones all or nothing style. It shows that the folks running hallow are not greedy and it’s such a relief that this tool is free from greed.
This app has truly deepened my prayer life. I am so grateful it exists!
The app is extremely good, my suggestion is not to have every space and punctuation in the intentions count as a word it is limiting to creative ideas, intentions, and unrealistic besides that all is well great job.
I have been a member of Hallow for a long time. I find my life richly blessed with this program. I have really learned to pray out loud and in silence.

I, BEING AMONG LOTS OF PEOPLE, CAN’T AFFORD IT. BUT THEN I FOUND OUT THAT YOU OFFER A SCHOLARSHIP FOR INDIGENT PEOPLE AND I APPLIED AND WAS AWARDED ONE. I am a cradle Catholic and after doing the Lenten challenge and the kids Lenten challenge 2 years ago, I immediately purchased a subscription. I pray every day with Hallow, I listen to the devotions and the bible in a year. I know the Holy Spirit was working in Alex Jones when He guided him to start this app. My 5 year old loves the family mass prep and asks for it on our drive to Mass, we do trivia together and listen to Saints alive together. My son is excited about the faith, and has learned so many prayers and topics by listening to the material on the app. I’ve recommended it to everyone, Catholic or not. If you spend time praying to God every day, you’ll learn to see Him and Hear Him everywhere. May God continue to bless this company and app.
Missed canceling the trial within a couple days requested a refund and they will not honor cancellation for a yearly service a couple days after. At $74 this seems kind of extreme even in their support documentation they try to get customers to not follow through on a charge back with their credit card company. This must be a common occurrence and their pricing model and business model seems to rely on accidental renewals which is immoral and contrary to the content of this app. This has vibes of private equity all over a religious app.
