I was able to use for 1 week, then ordered all their very expensive labels and cartridges to continue to print more and as you can see from the hundreds of recent reviews, the app is no longer working correctly so essentially everything I have is useless. I run a business and this is a big problem suddenly not being able to access any of my saved templates nor use my printer! Save yourself the headache and choose a different brand! I’m am extremely frustrated!
I use a B18 and this updated version is vey buggy. Keeps indicating labels are not standard labels when they are. Keeps freezing. This update has rendered my printer useless.
This is the best label maker and the app is super user friendly. I can make the most complicated labels for my crafts in 10-20 min and they look amazing. I do have one thing that is stopping me from giving it 5 stars. When I’m working with it on my tablet I can’t use the compose and see all of the text. So it makes it really a guessing game of what I’m erasing and trying to adjust with the text. It’s like it gets stuck and there isn’t an option to scroll down to the rest of the text hopefully it is an easy fix on the app. Otherwise I love my NIIMBOT and the app.

Look I hate when you buy something and they gate keep from the rest of what you should get for free. If you own a NIIMBOT and in this case this is my second one! Then nothing in this app should cost money I should have the premium app for owning and buying your product end of story!
Worked great until The last iPhone update. Perhaps app support is not staying up to date with iPhone development and updates?
Sad I been using NIIMBOT for years I order more for my stores and now it doesn’t want to connect but still pops up when I try to pair
I need this app fixed. It was fine before but since the update it’s garbage. Can’t close anything. The multi select feature is broken. I’m sure I will discover more the more I use it. AND I HAVE TO USE IT!!!
템플릿 적용에 대해 부분 유료도 아니고 앱 자체 사용이 유로라니..그럼 기기값을 한 오천원 해주던가요. 예전부터 반찬,여행짐,회사화일철 라벨링에 잘 썻는데 갑자기 유료라뇨; 칼만없었지 강도새끼네 기계도 당근할렵니다 너네꺼 아니라도 라벨링 기기 시중에 많아요 그딴식으로 쿠팡 정보 팔아먹는 중국새끼들처럼 일해보세요 그럼 수고
수정 좀 해주세요 며칠째 답답합니다
