ui ux 개판... 도대체 누가 만든 거냐? 보험료 납부가 앱 사용의 주된 이유일 텐데 잘 보이게 해둬야지 굳이 찾아내게 만들고 시간 허비시키는 쓰레기 앱. 국민들한테 보험료 납부하라고 난리치기 전에 쉽게 낼 수 있도록 해봐라
세금 축내는 쓸모없는
아이폰SE3 사용중입니다. 민원 신청하기 메뉴 누르면 상단 버튼도 안먹고 그 아래로는 흰바탕만 있고 아무리 기다려도 원라는 메뉴는 나타나지를 않습니다. 검색이나 다른 메뉴 이용할 때도 항상 저런 식으로 먹통되서 뒤로가기도 할 수 없고 강종 엔딩이네요.

아니 c발 상담사 연결 기다리는동안 자꾸 어플 하라고 해서 기다리다 지쳐 어플 사용하는데 결론은 어플로도 해결 안되는걸 꾸역꾸역 어픟 이용을 쳐하라네 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하 그 돈으로 상담사나 좀 늘려 제발
