I ordered drinks for myself and some friends, and they contracted someone on Ubereats. This person was riding their bike across town at 11:45 PM to pick up our alcohol. When we go to cancel the order, we’re threatened that we’re going to be charged regardless. Typical behavior of those that own 7/11.
My food came raw. I tried to get a refund but it’s all automated and it only gave me a partial refund on my item. You can’t talk to an actual person. This service is terrible.
Nothing gets delivered , don’t believe the hype or the coupons. They just want to waste your time and rage-bait you
They run a monopoly on being able to delivery tobacco products when a lot of companies can’t, they know this and take advantage as they don’t have many direct competitors. Many users including myself, report major issues with orders resulting in loss for the customer. If you place an order, pick the correct substitutions you want, youre still often given something you didn’t select. IF YOU IMMEDIATELY CALL AS SOON AS UNAPPROVED SUBSTITUTIONS ARE SHOWN TO YOU, THEY TELL YOU YOURE GOING TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR IT, AND THERES NO EDITING. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL FOR A REFUND AT ANY POINT. There was even a 2 hour window for pickup to edit this, but customer support refused. The item wasn’t even a close match? I ordered Vuse pods and got juul pods? I stayed clearly how this was incompatible, not on my substitutions, and that I was not going to pay for it they still delivered it anyway and told me to contact my bank. Definitely reported this business tactic to the BBB.
The drivers have stole my food multiple times. Support is terrible. Should’ve just ordered DoorDash. I went on here bc of the 10 off promo, that didn’t work placed the order anyway and they stole it.
Order was considered on the app “out for delivery” for 2 hours before being cancelled. They don’t deliver themselves and unlike every other delivery app you can’t expect anyone to deliver your order.
Not sure why 7-Eleven is releasing another app, but I downloaded it anyway to get a promo. Once downloaded, the app thought I was in Canada. I couldn’t select my delivery address as a results the customer service support was useless as usual. I honestly hate this company because every time I pre-order from them they give me the wrong products.
She was very accommodating and nice when I called to tell her that I was 30 minutes away. She assured me that she would keep my ice cream in the freezer (and she did). I appreciate the extra step in stating and fulfilling your commitment to me. You are very well appreciated with good customer service coming from such a young person. Keep up the good work!!!
My last few orders have had issues being delivered when I had no issues before. My most recent order was being given from driver to driver and marked as delayed in the app. The same thing happened to my last order and it never got delivered so I was forced to cancel. THIS TIME, my order was marked as delivered without being delivered! I contacted support and they refused to give me a refund because “Our data confirms that all items were scanned and delivered by skipcart.” WITH NO DELIVERY PHOTO MIND YOU. I was fine with not receiving my order but stealing my money crossed the line! I will never use 7Now delivery again.
Horrible app, HORRIBLE customer service, the drivers steal and they don’t do anything about it
