If you have either the Monoprice 10761 6 channel or Monoprice 44519 4 channel or Monoprice 44518 8 channel or Dayton Audio DAX66 Whole Home 6 Zone Audio Controllers, this app will complete your setup. Just add the Monoprice IP to RS-232 adapter (39263) or Global Cache iTach Flex IP/Wifi to RS232 and you've got whole home audio control. **NOTE** This will not support the newer Monoprice 31028. Control and manage all zones, all sources, volume per zone, power per zone, bass, treble, everything. Key Features: [+] Install the app on all your iPhones, iPads and iPods; we support them all [+] App Themes [+] Zone grouping [+] Supports up to 3 connected devices, 18 zones, 6 sources We get a handful of support emails from time to time and if you are technically savvy, we will get you working. This app will always work when correctly setup. Here are a few pointers if you are having issues. -Once you get your app and device connected, we recommend giving your iTach a static IP. Your device WILL get a new IP and your app will stop working at some point. You will need to refer to your router manual for steps on how to set a static IP. -If you do not have an external IP and port forwarding turned on, you must be on the same WiFi as your iTach for the app to connect. You will need to refer to your router manual for steps on how do port forwarding. -Make sure your Master/Slave switch on the back of your device(s) is set right. A single device should be set to Master. Refer to the amp manual for documentation on the Master/Slave switch. -The Master device is the one that must be connected to the RS-232 cable. -In the app settings under the Server section, the server must be just an IP or just a DNS entry, nothing else. I’ve had the system installed Proxim five years ago. From the beginning the system has never worked properly. He has an HP computer and I have an Apple devices that he’s trying to run the system off and. Do you have updates to the system that will allow to work with Apple devices? Do you also have technicians that work in the Orlando area that I may contact to work on the system?i I paid a lot of money for the system and I feel like I have been cheated. I would not recommend the system for anyone that has Bethel devices.
Looks like the new iOS may have broken the app again.
App has always been a little spotty in working. For the last month though, i cannot get it to work at all. keeps giving me an error to connect to server. I have tried to reset, power cycle, and remove app/reinstall. Nothing works
7 years of weekly or more use. Love the controllability right from my phone.

The new update wiped my settings. Not it crashes every time I try to edit source.
Worked great until version 1.9 update. Lost all settings and crashes every time I try to configure Sources
I have used this app for past 6 years and it has worked fine. Today I went to use it and everything I had setup previously (zones, sources) are no longer defined. I’ve reconfigured each zone but the app CRASHES every time I try to redefine a source. I’m stuck; PLEASE HELP RESTORE THIS APP TO WORKING CONDITION!
I’m a paid subscriber, and I just upgraded to the latest version of your app that I have been using for a couple years. Upon updating, I no longer have any sources, zones, IP address… How could you do an update that deletes all my existing data? Please contact me to help me get this back because although I entered the same data back in, I’m no longer able to connect to my system.
I was hoping this app would do what I needed. It doesn’t allow volume control in one. Also can not turn off a single zone. Must push all zones to get it turn off.
