Everything seems great; only thing I noticed was Larger than 50 pages was needed for my fax and they limit you to 50 pages at a time. Capacity could be larger for more sophisticated paperwork needs.
Installed for a fax to receive but didn’t receive the fax after trying couple of times.
This is awesome I don’t own a fax machine at my house. I do most of my stuff on my phone. And this makes it so much faster
The app repeatedly generates a failed notice with corresponding documents several hours after generating a sent notice for the same documents. This is a puzzling contradiction and I’m left unsure of whether the fax succeeded. Also, the specific error responses in the FAQ do not align with the general sent and failed statuses viewable when reviewing sent faxes. Overall, this app is not ready for market as it stands as it’s not usable as a fax machine with a diagnostic troubleshooting framework.
The app used to actually be free for like one free fax like per day or something but now you have to have a paid subscription so if you don’t fax that much $8 a week is a bit steep

Sent my “fax” number to receive fax. The sender said it will take about 2 hours to receive. Not their issue, but we have waited since 9:30am +/- to receive fax. Contacted the app “contact us” with no number nor email links, only through a q&a with three options. With nothing received, still … it’s a bit frustrating. Needing to have this corrected for title of fax to have send, receive as the focal point. I’ve also paid $8.99 plus tax for this app. The other issue I see: when sending a fax, there are no direct numbers as a confirmation number to say it was received/sent. Only states it was delivered. Wanted a confirmation receipt. Guess it doesn’t operate as such.
