$5.99 gets you access to edit your videos with a shot tracing tool, but it does not trace the ball itself - you have to do all the tracing with the tool. Also it does not allow you to export the video after you’ve edited in the ball tracer unless you subscribe for an extra $10/mo! The app won’t live trace your ball unless you subscribe. Paying the $5.99 was a waste! Don’t even get access to use the edited video! I want my money back!
Lots of wanted features require a subscription you need to pay for (live shot tracer, map tracer, etc.) Better off downloading a free app just to slap on a shot trace
Interface was terrible it didn’t work
Bogus Money Making Scheme….after paying the initial price you can’t use the promised tracking, but don’t worry, just pay another fee to unlock this stupid deal.
After the update your app doesn’t open anymore or work at all
Latest update is making the app harder to use.
App won’t even open after purchasing. Crashes immediately.
I demand a full refund. I thought as most of people who wrote a review that if you pay the $5.99 that’s it you don’t have to buy the membership that’s in every other app. I was wrong they make you pay for a membership and the app doesn’t even work correctly. Drawing my own line on a “app” that’s “supposed to do that for you” what a joke. I demand a full refund. I didn’t have the app for a full 10 minutes.
When i first purchased this app, the technology traced the ball automatically. Now for some reason you have to trace the ball yourself, even when you cant see the ball in the video with your eye. I usually don’t write reviews, but this is unacceptable. Seems they want you to PAY AGAIN for a monthly subscription to have automatic tracing. Greedy devs ruining another good thing. Buyer Beware.
Pretty annoying there is a paywall just to test the app… and you require a subscription for nearly every feature. Slimy.
I must’ve bought this awhile ago, and it will not start on my phone. I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve done every bit of troubleshooting I can think of, and it still does not work
Unbelievably buggy, app won’t launch, files won’t download, frames won’t lock. Very disappointing considering your paying for “premium quality”
