Borderline useless. Frequently broken always a confused Mads can never find information you need.
My doctor ordered a CT test and I could make an appointment at the same day. Very quickly my test had done the same day. Appreciate that.
Convenient, Love it!
Please make it easier to communicate with care providers and find contact info within the app. MyChart was a much more intuitive platform. Also having the hospital on the same platform was so easy to just toggle back and forth so everything was in one place. Unless changes are made, I feel going back to calling and speaking directly to the office will be easier.
Sutter health online is easily accessible able to check lab results , book appointments and direct messages to the provider. I rate this app 5 stars .
I would like to attach other reports and images to communicate with my doctor or nurse in my messaging but don’t have an easy way to do it with the messaging. I really hope you can improve it to allow for improved secure messaging that is also HIPPA compliant.
As the title says — generally I really like this app, but there’s now no way for me to schedule an appointment in the app or online because it errors out on the third step. Furthermore, their AI phone support can’t help, and the humans who could are not available. I really just wanted to schedule my annual physical and want to make sure the developers are aware of the issue.
I love this app
I have been with Sutter and PAMF for I don’t know so 1987. I’ve never had a problem they’re fantastic. I’ve had a couple of surgeries and monitoring my thyroid and everything’s good.
I’m pregnant and got my NIPT bloodwork done exactly one week ago. I knew my results would take probably more like 2 weeks but I got an email today from MyHealthOnline that my test results are ready! My heart is pounding, hoping to find out the results and gender of baby number 3. After clicking view results, it says results were final as of yesterday. But I don’t get to see?? I messaged my care team, hopefully I hear back soon. Why do they do this to us? 😭😭
