Members can sign into the app using their My Molina User ID and Password to access our secure features, including: • User friendly navigation • View health coverage • View your benefits and eligibility • View/download and share ID card • Make premium payments (Marketplace only) • Message Center • Manage your payment profile • Save favorite doctors • Change PCP • Access to other services When you use the My Molina app, identifiers for your mobile device are collected within Google Firebase to create a unique identifier for each application when downloaded. This app integrates with Health app to display your health information. The app will give you the information your looking for if you want to wait 20 minutes for it to load. You’re better off just using the website to find doctors.
This problem has persisted for over a week now. What in the world are you people doing??? Anyone knows what they are doing? And there is NO new update available even after refreshing the updates list.
I need help to see my payment it keeps saying we’re experiencing an internal sever problem
The app is okay unless you want to pay your premium. Suffice it to say Molina is certainly no Blue Cross Blue Sheild or on pat with any of the other big insurance carriers.
Worst App ever! Figures since it’s the worst so-called health insurance.
Desde la nueva actualización la apps no abre. Y no puedo regresar a la anterior, espero puedan arreglar este inconveniente pronto.
App is way too buggy I’ve I had to change my password multiple times to then be met with a notification stating that I’ve put in the wrong password
Maybe it’s better than nothing but constant issues with error messages & not saving favorites etc
I have been a provider for 30 years and a Molina provider for over 20 years. This is my first month being a member and it is truly the worst plan. The buggy app with broken messaging is the best part. Horrible CS, horrible. Garbage. Stay away from this!! I would easily pay $1000 more a year to not have the absolutely bottom of the barrel experience I have had in less than one month. in all my years of dealing with health plans as a provider and a member, this is truly the worst — more like organized crime. The ginned up reviews are a joke.
Who ever made the login that was a very complicated and difficult
