Brivo Mobile Pass introduces a new level of convenience by providing you with the ability to access secured areas with your smartphone. Available exclusively for the Brivo Access cloud-based access control platform. As an enhancement to Brivo Access, Brivo Mobile Pass is a new digital credential format available to all active accounts to eliminate the need for physical keys and access cards. Easy to use and no new hardware required, Brivo Access administrators simply email a Brivo Mobile Pass to a user, allowing them to add the credential to the mobile application and unlock doors with their smartphone.

I’m security for a condo so have used this app excessively since implimented a week ago. There are rough edges to its use that could use a couple tweeks: The app opens to the favorites list. I am security and have no favorites, thus the favorites list is really just an incomplete list that always lacks the doors I am trying to open. I would like to see the favorites list be optional, or at least the second choice rather than the default list. The naming of doors was a bust from the start because the management set it up with door names much longer than the app’s window would show, and confusing names at that. I was given the option to rename the doors, which is a plus because I chose numbers over names right away, labelling each door myself for quick reference. The only problem now is that the numbered list is not in order. Very frustrating. The app does not permit the reordering of entries. It’s like putting all the letters on a typewriter in the wrong spots. By the end of my shift I’m ready to chew on my phone. Please address this.

The feeling of being secure in a pinch in case one should open the door for emergency purposes, it’s takes too long to unlock the door.
Never works
App hardly works and when it does it never consistently saves the settings my building management has sent me.
I have received a sticker on my windshield, downloaded the app and received my keychain fob. Although yesterday I had to get out of my vehicle walk around my car use the mobile app to gain vehicle entry, today was different. Today it refused to open the vehicle gate no matter which three I tried.
It is very easy to use. I love how with this app my gym is 24hours.
Just bad. Frequently doesn’t work.
This is the worst app ever. It’s so inconvenient. I can only have it on one device at a time and it takes forever to open the lobby door. Please make a design where I can unlock the door without having to keep my phone open on this app all day. Also let me sign into multiple devices.
This app really cool at first maybe a week or two then started failing up until now app doesn’t work and can’t get in with having someone to open it.
