This app is usually great but there’s no way to change the Payment Method for your subscriptions. Even when going to your account it only show basic info but nothing about updating card info or anything.
You’re telling me millions of dollars are paid toward six flags as a franchise and you can’t hire a tech developer to FIX IT? I can’t add my passes to the wallet, I cannot make ANY payments on both the app AND website, I cannot check what card is on my account or make changes to it. When I signed up for the golden pass, it automatically set my birthdate as 10/18/2025, THE DAY I CREATED THE PASS?! I cannot make ANY changes to ANYTHING. John Reilly, CEO of six flags, you have at least 6 million dollars to your name. FIX THIS APP!
I can log in fine but if I press anything in the app it just freezes up. Tried to do everything from sign in and out to deleting and redownloading… nothing
It's a good app with a better purpose than the individual Cedar Fair apps because all the parks are in one app, however it is very Buggy, I have to reopen the app to go back from the account management page and this happens when doing several other things.
Constantly get errors. Cannot upload my photo to actually activate my season pass.
I would love to use the app however the sign in is completely bugged. I cannot access my passes at all now, after years of using the Cedar Point app with no issues. A generic “error” occurs each time an attempt to sign in is made, regardless of email, with no context as to what went wrong. Real software provides actual error codes with solutions for users, alas the Six Flags app will just waste your time and force you to visit their website to find your pass QR code. Thank you to Six Flags for forcing all users to an unusable, broken experience. It fits accordingly given the changes they have made to Cedar Fair properties.
Ride descriptions could be improved to reflect rider requirements if there is a different minimum height for accompanied riders. Menu choices at restaurants do not appear, and online ordering does not work (perhaps because all restaurants are incorrectly shown as closed?). Easy fix would be to show menu options even if restaurants is not open, and just have them greyed out. Ride wait times are wildly inaccurate. App does not even correctly track number of times I’ve been to the park this season.
Every single time I enter an email into this app it says theirs an error and to try again. I have a season pass I can’t access due to this app.
When I try to create an account, it just keeps giving error messages. Impressive.
App does not show the park visits and is not updating on iPhone. Samsung phone the park Visits do update.
