I’ve had issues with off and on. I think it might be OK this time but I’m not sure. Guess we’ll see.
I’m currently sitting on hold, again, waiting for yet some other process or person to work properly and get my bill straight. Service was spotty and weather dependent where I lived. Though I called 3 weeks in advance to have my service disconnected and the equipment has been returned, I’ve been on the phone for nearly an HOUR just trying to get this final, fraudulent bill credited or canceled. Why? Because the disconnect simply was never processed. Yet, no one seems to have either the knowledge or authority to fix the issue. Not worth the trouble!!
Spectrum Broadband internet an phone combine together there awesome they work with you! Honestly!
The app’s a joy. Able to manage health checks on router and modem directly from my phone.. takes a few minutes to set up connections. Transparent easy to set up auto billing 🙏. Quick automatic login based on credentials made getting into the app smooth.
App doesn’t work. Doesn’t allow you to login/ set-up an account.
