Pizza Hut BOOK IT!

App has always been glitchy. Been doing this for years and my kids love it. I appreciate Pizza Hut still doing book it after all these years even if it’s only in the summer. They finished their 15 days of reading though and this year it’s saying we have to wait until July to get our coupon code :( why? Why change that to not being available immediately?

This is a horrible app due to scam in the app my kids were enthusiastically reading and hoping for the last day to read that even motivated them to keep reading for their rewards such a disappointment to be honest what a disgrace.!!!

This app is a scam my kids read the 15 days and we couldn’t claim our reward it was saying to pay like in the introduction said that they will have a free pizza now my kids are all sad and disappointed

Incredibly buggy, first it erased my kids names and then it deleted all one of their days! The other one’s was fine. Progress lost, thank goodness she had the same amount as her brother or I wouldn’t have known how many day to punch in.

I downloaded the app in May and entered my two kids' information. When the program started June 1st, it erased my kids and I had to enter them in again. I had no issues for a few weeks then noticed that my kids profiles were there along with the correct days marked as read but their names were gone. I'm afraid one day, more stuff will be gone or erased. App is not reliable.

I’m not writing because there’s glitches or anything in the app. I’m writing because I’m using regular book it not the new updated thing but when I was using regular book it, it said there is a new book it and it’s better but I was just trying to log my day is done so I pressed update because each time I try to go out it just kept on bringing update update update and I have to download this app but I don’t want to because everybody saying it’s not good so I don’t think I wanna use it. I haven’t even used the app, I’m just saying even the regular book. It is having this weird problem.

The new reading tracker with timer adds extra steps from the way it was. My kids read at the same time, during reading time; it doesn’t make sense for me to start a ‘timer’ for each child, one by one. Just let me time my own kids, open the app, and give them a checkmark for the day. I shouldn’t have to open an additional timer / calendar screen for each child. Please let me know how I can go back to yesterday’s version, before this update.

My child keeps losing all of her stars and every day. What’s the point of tracking if the app doesn’t keep track?

Stars logged won’t save. No way for my child to reach the monthly goal. Frustrating.

I love this program; I hate this app. It is beyond buggy. One of my kids disappears on the regular. Their stars randomly disappear. And if you don’t notice that’s happened, you lose half of them because you can’t add stars more than 7 days prior. So now my one kid is starting over at only 7 days reading and her sister has the full 15 they’ve done. That’s gonna end fun for mom. Can we just go back to paper tracking?!
