This app keeps me updated and gives me a peace of mind, knowing my children are in good care.the best part is, it gives me real time updates throughout the whole time my kids are in their care. This comes in handy Especially when it comes to an emergency. ❤️
This daycare goes above and beyond for the children. The environment is warm, organized, and family-friendly. The staff genuinely care about each child’s development and well-being.
This app is very helpful and I’m glad I always get updates on what’s going on with my child and I recommend this app to all parents!!
Great app mostly, but the fact that I had to spend time adding 5 different approved pick-ups (grandparents and stepparents) TWICE is ridiculous. Why is there no way to transfer all the approved contacts from one child to another?? Why devalue parents’, and we all know it’s usually moms’, time like that? Get it together, Brightwheel. Fight the patriarchy.
I do enjoy using the app because I’m able to see my child all. However, I don’t like that I can’t respond to one of the updates when they are posted, having to send a separate message is a little annoying. As a parent, I want to be able to respond directly to the picture or note that is posted.
I absolutely love this app. It keeps me up-to-date of what my child is doing throughout her day. It is easy to navigate easy to understand. It helps communication between you and the classroom. I definitely recommend.

They’ve taken away most everything they can to make you pay for subscription. I will be talking to parents and most likely doing away with anything but payment options until they take that too. Hate this app now. Sad it’s gone to this.
