Terrible if it’s your first time using it. Forced to pre order. Can’t get rewards if you purchase unless informed prior to starting the transaction. Wasn’t asked in the store if I was wanting to claim rewards. Guess I’m too old to use this stuff. Hate it. Moe’s does a much better job.
Please bring back the option to write a note to the sandwich artist. Example, I would leave a note to give me sauces in those little to go cups. Now when I go and pick up my subs, I have to ask for them and wait!!
I have just under what I need on a gift card on the app and can’t place my order because I can’t pay the remaining with my debit card. Now I have to wait in a a line and it’s much more of a hassle. Please update and add the ability to use a gift card and a debit/credit card to fill in the remaining balance.
Very annoying that I can’t view menu options when the store is closed
The update has really made it clean and works real well tbh
Ever since update I can’t use any coupons in any of the stores or buy any subs so I guess subway doesn’t want my money until they fix it
Very slow to start up. Too flashy and cluttered. Need to update app every time I open it. Font sizes are way too small. Not clear what you can click on. No way to add missing transactions.
This app is very convenient and easy to navigate!
Update: was working for about a week and now it’s broken again. Seriously no way to contact corporate. This is so sad. Since the new UI, nothing works properly. Go to cart, error. Every time. I don’t understand how a company this large doesn’t beta test stuff like this before releasing a major UI overhaul. This is really embarrassing for them. Shame on them. Update 5/22: still broken. Weeks now haven’t spent with subway bc of this awful app overhaul. Nothing but errors. Check your info and try again. Ugh. Don’t waste your time.
Over a month in and the app is still barely useable after last update
like in the title, the new update is awful and unnecessary. It contributed to me submitting my order to the wrong store and it’s such a pain to try to go through customer support
App disappears instantly on open attempt. Was working fine till a few days ago. Tried deleting and reinstalling several times.
