The MyHyundai app makes getting information about your Hyundai vehicle easier than ever. The MyHyundai app allows you to access owner resources, schedule service or connect to your Bluelink enabled vehicle from your phone. Bluelink technology enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Bluelink features from your office, at home, or just about anywhere. Access the app with your MyHyundai.com ID, password and PIN to take advantage of Bluelink’s Remote features. Log in and send commands conveniently using Touch ID and Face ID. An active Bluelink subscription is required to use Bluelink features in the app. To renew or upgrade to either Remote or Guidance, please visit MyHyundai.com. An active Bluelink Remote Package (R) or Guidance Package (G) subscription is required to access select features. Feature support varies by vehicle model. Please visit HyundaiBluelink.com to check what Bluelink features your vehicle supports. It’s been over 6 months since an update was introduced that’s caused the remote start function to break the climate controls feature. Now I can no longer remote start and cool my car down (main feature I used it for, especially as summer has started to hit). Several work around are floating around but none have really worked. Bluelink as well has been unhelpful and only suggests it’s a glitch with the car and suggests taking my vehicle to the dealer. They’ll also insist you are the only one with the problem, but a quick google or Reddit search will show you a lot more than that. Perhaps this review will spark some change but I highly doubt it
Lots to learn… It’s so far so good
The app used to be great but lately it’s been very slow and glitchy.
Recent versions have slowed loading for climate start. Every improvement is not
Several times I have been locked out of my car because the app wasn’t working. Ever since the update it will say my car is unlocked when it’s locked. Then when I go to unlock it the app glitches and takes forever to load.
The window to select service is so small you have to scroll and scroll while it floats around on your screen. Why do they direct all customer service to the app (all phone trees ringing into no where) and then make it impossible to use?
Amazing app, making our life easier! Recommend! Thank you Hyundai!

Having a horrible time charging this car, never had this problem with my TESLA ever since I bought this car and April of this year 2026 my ionic nine has an issue every other day charging. Nobody reached out to last time. I had this problem. They gave us a new plug came home plug plugged it in. Worked fine for a couple of weeks now it’s having a problem again!!!!!!! Will somebody please fix this issue
