Chime® – Mobile Banking

Recently got scammed buying a camera and sending money through this app. Then reached out to their customer service and documented my scam experience. Everything was going well and the dispute department filed a dispute transaction for me. Waiting for a long time and have proof that I am really scammed, until the agent denied the dispute. Very disappointed. No help at all. They can not resolve anything.

I couldn't ask for a better more straight forward banking app who always finds a way to make it more accessible and there is no other bank or app that finds so many locations for free ATM withdrawals I love it ❤️

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP HOLDS YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE

Chime will do absolutely nothing for you if you are scammed. They won’t retrieve any merchant info and will “investigate with a professional team” but won’t take any pictures or chat logs and their “professional team” doesn’t even have a number to call. They won’t reach out to you, and nothing will be done. Stick to PayPal, stick to regions, anything other that this trash company.

Their mobile check deposit sucks, I deposited the check on Monday the 15, and the check is still pending seven days later. If I would have deposited into any other bank I would have gotten in 2 to 3 days. Even Cash App would not have took this long.

I didn’t know how good chime was till today if you on call with some one it will hang up the call for you now so you don’t get scammed kinda weird thang but thank you cuz my grandma uses this app an has been scammed so many time

I love this app. I’m just writing a review to give current feedback that the Face ID is not working correctly and is being very glitchy so that could either be the app or my phone, but both are updated.

They just unexpectedly closed down my account and stole over $600 from my bank account that was connected to chime. Looking into suing these scammers now.

Chimeeeee 🤩 I love you guys and I’ve been a member for almost a decade now and am not stopping 💯. Only inconvenience am happy at the moment is the my pay. After I repay can y’all please make the money available for borrow right away instead of $20 every day please that would solve the lil inconvenience 🧘🏾‍♂️ Thank 🙏 you.

It’s suck. I’m new to this app. I can't add a debit card from an external bank account to INSTANT transfer money. No problem with my bank account transfer money into Chime. Please fix this.

A very lousy company. Put in a claim with proof of item being sent back and they still allow or themselves steal your money denying claims. Pathetic company. Preying on the vulnerable. PATHETIC PATHETIC
