Downloaded this app and bought a ticket to Red Rocks. It was literally a scam. No customer service, didn't transfer to my axs account. Buyers beware

Just because you are forcing it to be downloaded to view my ticket

There is no customer service, the app works horrible, every time you try to get any ticket the link get branded and stay in grey with out letting you confirm the purchase.

Email reset send doesn’t work, can’t change my password through the website under “Account” so I can’t even log into my account from my phone. You can only resell tickets through the app as well but not on the website? Will be avoiding shows that use this app in the future because it’s such a headache.

La app dice que descargarla no tiene ningún costo, pero la he descargado y sin más me han cobrado de mi tarjeta $25 sin preguntar y sin yo hacer ninguna compra dentro de la app, simplemente por descargarla es un robo

Will not let me create an account through my email because it thinks “ymail” is a typo for “gmail” ……..

App won't let me in without an update but it won't update.

They charge more than 20% to buy a ticket but don’t even offer Apple Pay or anything it’s so annoying. Can’t wait this ridiculous company to be outlawed

Just painful to use. Doesn’t take Apple Pay. First strike. Makes you create an account to do anything but doesn’t tell you that’s the reason you can get a ticket. Second strike. Done. Deleted.

While it seems fun, there is no customer service interaction at all unless it’s AI and I didn’t get my refund because of that even though they wouldn’t let me in and I had an extremely terrible experience had to spend a bunch of money on an Uber alone while all my friends stayed because I wasn’t let in. The reason for this was because I was supposed to be disrespectful. My phone didn’t have Wi-Fi and therefore I couldn’t get tickets and so I got frustrated with my phone by the way not at the staff and they said I was being disrespectful and wouldn’t let me in, but let all of my friends in who I had paid for their tickets. I spent a lot of money and couldn’t get a refund and wasn’t actually disrespectful to the staff and had no issue with them until they told me that they weren’t gonna deal with me anymore. And there is literally zero contact information for them for customer service. I had a terrible experience and I had not even a little bit of fun there I was left on the side of the road crying trying to call an Uber, even though I didn’t have cell phone connection trying to get home because all of my other friends were inside. so they did leave me on the side of the road at two in the morning without a way to get home it was very sensitive and disrespectful and I didn’t feel safe and this might seem like a comment that is bias and maybe it is but for good reason so.
