Not worth a star. Disgusting says this voucher cant be applied to your accout lol. Also an ai chat bot repeating the same copy paste over and over
This app does not work in F-5/2. Disappointed.
Mostly good app. But your actual contact details are given to the deliverers, allowing your contact details to be sold to spam callers. Other apps give a temp redirect number for drivers to contact you, FoodPanda gives them your actual ph number.

아니 free trial 신청 중 갑자기 업데이트 되더니 그 이후로 아예 신청이 안됌... 탈퇴하고 재가입하면 해결될까 했는데 번호 차단시킴...
Terrible experience! Delivery fees are ridiculously high, and the wait times are unbearable—over 2 hours for a simple order. To make things worse, there’s no proper help center or customer support to resolve issues. If something goes wrong, you’re completely stuck. Definitely not worth the hassle! No CS they just don't connect you. All they can do is to say "we are sorry"
시킨지 1시간이나 되는데 오지도 않고 Rider is making a stop. 이라고 처 뜨고 돈은 냈고 어쩌자는 거죠? 제가 보낸 채팅도 안 보고 배달은 안 오고 다시는 여기서 안 처 배달시켜먹겠습니다. 그랩이 훨씬 좋아요. 여러분 그랩으로 배달 시키세요. 그리고 프로 결제한 기억도 없는데 갑자기 돈이 나가서 당황스럽네요. 전 당연히 구리니깐 프로 아닌 줄 알았는데 프로 결제한게 나가네요. 돈이 정말로 아깝네요. 고작 여기 몇 링깃을 내서 너무 아깝고 기분이 더럽네요. 환불을 안 되다는 이 그지 같은 앱 이제 안 씁니다.
음식주문 후 바로 취소했는데 환불도 안되고 중간에서 금액을 가로채버림 많은 건들이 이렇게 발생한 것으로 유명함 가게 주인 조차 푸드판다말고 그랩푸드를 이용하라고 함 고객센터를 통해 문의했으나 계속해서 일방적으로 상담을 종료해버림. 아주 매너도 양심도 없음 이용하지 마세요
