I was using a different training app, then one day discovered to my dismay that they had switched it to a subscription. The design of this is better, and I respect the integrity of the developer
This is a great replacement for the now-unusable Stamena app! Would love to see a dark mode added at some point in the future.
Was disappointed when the Stamena app changed its format… Glad to have found the simple training format again. Many thanks to the dev for putting this together!
This works well for my needs. Just want a simple trainer, not all the AI garbage and subscription.
