I have emailed them over 5 times over the span of 4 weeks asking to cancel but they continue to charge my card and don’t allow any ways to contact them aside from email which they don’t respond to.
Unable to cancel subscription. Two different transactions since I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription and there’s no way for me to cancel it through the app or through Apple.
I actually liked the mini shows so I did a one week subscription. Before the week was up I tried to cancel the subscription. And there is no way to cancel. It gives you instructions. But that leads to nowhere. And now it’s been charging me for a subscription I no longer want. Yes, I sent an email to their customer service. And I am currently getting the runaround from customer service. Telling me to send my info. Which I have done so 3 times now. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this app.

I did the 3.99 thing and this month they charge me 19.99 and it doesn’t show the subscription on anything!
A few days ago I paid a small about for a 24 hour sub and now every few days they are charging me 20.99 for a subscription I DONT have, they say go to your settings and check your subscription area to cancel it… NOTHING there. I’m out of 40 dollars so far.
Too many unfinished stories, you pay for a subscription only to find that the majority of these AI generated stories aren’t even finished

Literally no way to cancel subscription. Even after you follow their steps. So now I’m stuck paying 20 dollars a week when I no longer want to! If I could give this app 0 stars I would.
You can't cancel the subscription. They make it impossible! They say go into your play store account to cancel but it does not show up.! I emailed and have not heard back from them and I'm very annoyed the app is not good the content is not good and I hate that I can't figure out how to cancel this!
