ATC - Live Air Traffic Radio

Seriously, when opened the app and began listening to SFO, I didn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing was live. I opened ADS-B Exchange to confirm the aircraft shown in the app were accurate. They were! How the app focuses on the aircraft during the exchange with ATC and provides a near-perfect transcript in real-time is amazing. My only hold back is the cost. In any case, well done.

This is the best app to use, it has the best UI, Multiple airports, and live ATC radio! I just want to have KRNO/RNO as a airport but otherwise it’s the best of the best, Saying this as a private pilot -Harry

As soon as you open the app, you get blasted with subscriptions that are weekly and are $90. Who the hell is gonna spend $90 for something they’re gonna stop using anyway, I can literally buy a chair for $90. Plus the app ain’t worth the money anyway. Please remove the subscriptions and just make it free to use. PLEASE

You can’t use this app without signing up for the “free trial” that costs money. No thanks, even if I can “cancel immediately “, just boorish developer behavior. Later chumps.

Can’t use it without paying

Tried using this during a flight today. It was fun, but the interface (while pretty) has major UX problems. I won't get too deep into things that are confusing to find (e.g. like how to move the map, you have to tap it first apparently; or how hard it is to read the text transcription over the map), but there are other annoying things. In particular, it's very difficult to use if you're flying and want to keep up with your flight. For instance if you're tracking your own flight on the map, it's way too easy to tap out of it and it re-centers to the airport itself and good luck finding your flight again, because searching for it won't even show it on the map. And it doesn't always switch to the right controller, for instance it kept my flight in approach control even though it was obviously tower during the final landing and I missed the real-time tower calls. And even if you search the app for your flight, it doesn't show it on a map a or have live voice at all, just a chat-style log that often attributes the wrong party speaking (eg showing the plane speaking instead of the controller quite often). You can't even tap on the controller they're showing to switch to their frequency in this view. There's basically no coverage further outside of approach/departure so most of your flight, ATC is not available. Not entirely sure this is all ATC App's fault though. Also it's $90 for an annual subscription which is kinda nuts if you're just curious when you're flying. There's a week-long option, but it's still over $5 and you have to remember to cancel. I'd love to just buy cheap access to the flight I'm on, would happily pay $2 or so. It's probably a better deal for 24-hour aviation nerds or people learning ATC-speak. But the idea is cool and the interface is very pretty (if not hard to use). The real-time transcriptions, highlighting the relevant airplane (usually), and incident playbacks are all very neat and I'm sure was difficult to get this right. TL;DR: make it easier to track a particular flight and provide better options for casual users please.

How did they make this

You have to fix the problem of this app keeps playing unwanted, whenever I connect to BT in my car it’s starts playing and whenever close it and try to use a different audio app it keeps playing and playing and playing over and over and over, even after I keep closing the app, or give me refund or fix the problem
