Do not try to get the free scans from this app. They charged me $32.00 even though it stated that I could get 3 free scans. But it isn’t true. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
Terrible information. I didn’t agree to the Pro plan and I can’t stop the charges
Very good just wish I can put more than 1 picture when scanning
This app makes it easy to identify and categorize your items.
Gave me three different prices and descriptions in three attempts. Just doesn’t work for what I need it for.
Paid the yearly subscription fee thinking I could use app as needed. Most of the time a photo won’t upload. Wait days and try again-same issue. Dont waste your time or money on this app!!
I love the app
I purchased the $49 plan because I have an antique business. I got a new iPhone and this is the only app that will not transfer my history. I’ve written to them about this, T-Mobile has worked hard to figure this out but we can’t get my LONG HISTORY, and this is for my business. I have all of my items here and just jot down notes on paper of some description. I’m SOL for having my inventory now. Their lack of response really stinks. I only have 2 weeks to hand in my old phone. If this is the case DONT BOTHER WITH THIS APP.
I ordered RELIC on January 24,2026. On Sunday, March 22,2026, my entire account DISAPPEARED! And, a newbie with no information replaced my thousands of household inventory. AI response keeps returning to an enter three item new account. Emails go unanswered and no phone number to speak with a live person is provided. HOURDs of imputed and important items…GONE!!!
So obviously this is my fault but I forgot to cancel so I ended up having to pay $129 for a year for an app that I didn’t even like and I still don’t like after months. Never doing a free trial again. So the positive thing is that it does identify things for you, but the value the place on items is absolutely bonkers. Also, my grandkids will take a picture of their tongue or the bottom of their foot or something really dumb and it’ll give you the name of something with a very high value. It’s so stupid. Huge waste of money. I don’t want something to just tell me what it is. I literally need to have some sort of value placed on it. I think what they do is they show you the ones that has the highest value but if you go to eBay or any of the other sites, you find the same item not even close to the price they told you it was valued at.
