Dexcom Follow

I am not getting notified when my child is low even with my notification settings being at 70 for a low blood sugar! how can I save their life if I am not notified?!

How is this supposed to help us keep track of the person sugar if it’s not always receiving the data

Please make this app better! I have a 16 year old that needs glucose level monitored 24 hours a day

But unfortunately it keeps glitching and I have to remove and reinstall since the last update.

They need to spend a lot more time making this app work. It drops my follow without warning constantly, and then make it difficult to follow again. So my husband and I go back-and-forth with trying to troubleshoot making it work.

This app is such a pain to install and get logged into. For something so important to parents. You would think being a health app and company you would build a better more functional app.

My child has used a G7 for almost a year. The updated Follow app has never consistently given me audible notifications, no matter how many times I call customer support. Each time, we try all of the “fixes” (reinstalling the app, checking settings, etc) and my case is escalated for a call back from an engineer. I never receive a call back, never miss their call. Weeks go by and I have received emails stating they have been “unable to reach me” and are closing case. An app that monitors such a significant medical condition should have no bugs and better follow through on customer support. The potential consequences of this apps failings could be disastrous and fatal.

I used to be able to assign the app as a complication on the Apple Watch face. This was a very useful feature and, at present, no longer works, even though the app is definitely installed on my watch. Furthermore, when I access the app through the master list on the watch, it is showing readings using the wrong units system and I have not been able to able to change it from mmol/L to mg/dl. I hope the Dexcom developer will fix these issues, since accessing the CGM data on the watch is very useful.

If I could give it zero I would. Do you know how dangerous this is to have this go off all hours of the night ro say no more connection found to your child’s glucose monitor even though it’s actually reading? This has been happening on and off for the last week . I am sick of it . Sometimes we miss lows because of this app as well. . Fix the bugs

The app works very well, just like the previous version. The only problem is, if you have an Apple Watch, you can no longer use follow as a complication. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Love the app to follow my little but wish you had a widget for the lock screen for the follow app like you do for the actual Dexcom app on my child’s phone and watch any way you could make it to where we can add a follow widget to the lock screens

I download this app to monitor my mothers blood sugars and it works fine for a day then disconnects. I can’t troubleshoot, log out and log back in or nothing. I have to completely delete the app and reinstall which usually doesn’t help which leads me having to go to her home in order to reconnect. How is that helpful?
