Bible Bff-Modern Bible Stories

I'm soo existed to hear more about the Bible and get closer to Jesus in a fun kind of way!!!

I have tried emailing this company several times AND checked the app all over and there is NO where to cancel a subscription. How is this a bible app and you’re scamming people to pay for something that doesn’t work for them?! This is not of GOD! I guess I’ll have to report you to my bank in order to stop payment. Please beware!! Be sure you want to be stuck with a subscription before clicking that button!

I was so excited to download this app and make understanding the bible easier. But as soon as you download the app, they ask you two questions then propose to plans for payment either $39.99 every three months or 6.99 a week. I shouldn’t have to pay to read the bible. I was very disappointed. I think the app would be SO MUCH BETTER if it was just free! They would have way more people downloading the app too. Don’t download unless you want to pay for simple stories….I will be back when they have a free version

I did not know I would have to subscribe to it. It said this nowhere. If u had the money for this it would be awesome

I paid for a membership and couldn’t open it. I sent multiple emails and no response.

I wish the app was free

I do not like this app because we have to pay to read about the Lord that’s not right. I do not like this app $40 a month to learn about the Lord is crazy.

I was so excited to get this out. I really want to grow my face a lot more and so when I saw this app, I was super excited but every time I try to use it, a little slide comes up. And then goes down anytime I try to listen to it though like pop up with. Note and then go right back down and it won’t load anything and it makes me so mad that I’ve tried everything. I’ve deleted the app I re-downloaded. I deleted other apps to turn off my iPad. I’ve checked my Wi-Fi. I did everything possible, but it won’t work. I’ve asked my brother. I’m gonna ask my dad after this, but I still don’t

I have apple so when I purchased the app it should be in my subscriptions tab in my settings well it's not so when trying to cancel the trial I want able too. Not to mention when I emailed to stop the trial the email keeps coming back that it's not working. I then found another email and have yet to receive an email back. I just now emailed another email and hope to get some answers and a refund

Why do you have to pay to learn about Jesus……

I can’t even start reading or listening to the word because I have to pay?! personally I rather read a bible that’s free to me because i shouldn’t have to pay to want to know more about God. Or go to a sermon! And actually pay that 10% of everything you earn, and I noticed they o Lu have the fist chapter of the bible barely ! And you want us to pay $14 weekly to listen to the same thing oh no 😟

The app itself is cool. However, I tried to cancel my subscription before being charged $60 and the only way to do so is through email. I sent them an email and it was returned to me as undeliverable. There is no way to contact these people. I need my money back. That took food out of my children’s mouths. And as a “bible” app, you would think they would have more of a moral compass. This is wrong!
