DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!! They make it impossible for you to cancel. It is extremely shady. They’ll say that you can go through your app, but they make sure it doesn’t show up on your subscription site. I had to block it through my bank.
This is horrendous I’ve emailed sent feedback and nothing I’m going to have to cancel my card to stop this
I am still being charged and cannot find a way out. BE AWARE….They do not finish the stories I did try to watch. I do not know what to do.
Read the reviews after having trouble canceling a subscription. I agree with another user with it being difficult to cancel. Bought a week pass and there is nowhere to cancel along with not showing up on the AppStore >via subscriptions to cancel like it mentions. Wouldn’t bother with trying if they make it that difficult. -Please cancel my subscription.
Not happy with this app
These people are terrible scam artists. I saw one cute show to watch, decided the app was not my thing and requested to cancel. They renewed subscription ANYWAYS. They didn’t even wait a whole week. They did it 5 days later and 3 days AFTER I asked to cancel. I had to contact them manually because this subscription didn’t show in the App Store. When I informed them of the error I was gaslighted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to send screenshots to remind them. And then they refused to refund me for the week I did not use! I was given a “store credit” for an app I will never use again, they knew I was not going to use it, and instead of admitting they messed up they LIED to my credit card company that I supposedly “agreed” to it. NOPE! Never did. Have evidence to prove it. I want my refund and their system supposedly ‘won’t allow it”. Talk about a cop out. Scam. Artists. Avoid this app like the plague. It’s not worth it.
There is no easy way to cancel a subscription. They say it is in your App Store subscriptions but it’s not. If you try to delete your account it doesn’t automatically delete your subscription. I’m fine with paying for an app when I want to but this is ridiculous.
The video service was fine but when I go to cancel, it doesn’t show in my subscription options to cancel. The website is useless.
This app does not give you any way to cancel your subscription without having to go through hoops.. I am calling my bank in the morning to remove it from my recurring payments. This app is misleading so don’t download it
DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASE THE SUBSCRIPTION!!!.. this app is a scam. They keep taking $9.99 out of my account which I don’t understand how when I only have a Cash App card tide to my subscriptions.. they make it hard for you to cancel
