FamiStudio is a simple 8-bit chiptune music editor for a famous video game console from the 80's. It aims to be more fun and approachable than other chiptune apps. Features: * Modern DAW-style UI with piano roll * Instrument & Envelope edition * DPCM sample editor * Export to various formats (WAV, MP3, Video, ROM, NSF, etc.) * Volume, fine pitch, vibrato effect tracks * Slide notes (portamento) * Arpeggios * Undo & Redo * Copy & Paste * Register Viewer * Multiple audio expansions supported * Rich documentation and video tutorials * German, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Chinese translations Please note that this is a very specialized app for a very specific video game console, not a full-featured DAW. You need to be willing to work with and understand the limitations of that hardware to get the most out of the app.

I personally love this app. Not only is it easy for beginners, but the amount of extensions like VRC6 and SS5B make it very large in content. I am challenging myself to recreate all of the undertale ost with VRC6. Might even learn NESmaker and add this to the project! Absolutely BleuBleu my mind! 😩🙏
It’s great! However it isint full screen on my iPad I hope you guys fix it for others reading this review buy the app!
FamiStudio is a fairly complicated desktop app, and this mobile version does an incredible job of making the features accessible on mobile. You don’t feel like you’re working with one hand tied behind your back. Fantastic job!
This app is so good but when I stop playing the player,the screen often freezes. Please fix it. Also,I use iPhoneSE2.
Listen, like, how many blood sacrifices we talking here. Goats? Children? Royalty? I’m all ears I want an iPad version, I NEED an iPad version. Please put this purchase in a little fund for that thank you.
I love this app, I find it very simple to learn, only took me 30 mins at most to be completely familiar with everything in the app, and there are NO ADS!! I really like this app! 5 stars.
I’ve been following this program since its start and I’m still amazed how far it’s come. If trackers aren’t your thing or you’re just more comfortable with a piano roll, grab a copy if you want to make NES Chiptunes. I’m hopeful that with the iOS version we will eventually see a version optimized for a bigger iPad screen, but I’m already happy to see it on mobile.
I love all the export options in this app like, audio, video, and even ROM export. The controls will take some getting used to coming from the desktop version of the app, but this is a pretty good mobile port. Overall, amazing app!
