Was a skeptic like most people and turned out it was too good to be true. Paid the subscription fee and wasn’t eligible for any payouts so requested their “Money Back Guarantee” and was given an AI response that told me I’ll be eligible for a “potential” refund review in 3 months.
I got this app from all the advertising and I got logged out multiple times, I got nothing back, absolutely no money back, anytime it requires an update you get logged out and you are unable to reconnect your account. The app does not “remember” your claims. Do not waste your time.
Click bait to get you to link your accounts and then require a subscription. No trails no other info.
Had to update the app and I have not been able to login into the app with my email that I paid for a year
I think I got scammed
The cost is not worth the return
If you buy the subscription, they make you wait till after the subscription period is over to request a refund. Then they throw the blame over to Apple “oh it’s out of our hands.” Apple obviously restricts refunds on purchases after a certain period of time. Settlement knows exactly what they’re doing to avoid actually following through with their advertised “money back guarantee” Pure trash
Says I’m going to get money but I haven’t got anything.. this apps a scam (don’t waste your money)
I downloaded this app, immediately canceled the subscription and auto-renewal, and was charged $13.99 just a few days later, on the first of the month. This was no clerical error. This was straight up fraud. They didn’t even honor a free 30 days!! Don’t download this. I better get my money back.
The app update won’t download properly, and despite me being eligible for multiple settlements, I haven’t heard anything. My first promising pay out was due for an upset in January. It’s June, still nothing and I can’t even track everything due to the app update download glitch.
