It’s helpful to order supplies, but doesn’t sync accurately with cpap machine consistently and doesn’t allow you to review past purchases; only tracking numbers. I would appreciate more transparency with what they’re charging my insurance company.

App stopped updating 8 days ago. I gave up and downloaded the My Air app for instead.

Easy to use. Works great

Everything is good, just that options are limited in what you can do.

The app pretty much works but it rejects my email address as invalid. Guessing it filters out tld’s it thinks are wrong but I have a .zone address that is perfectly valid.

I got the app because I thought it might be easier to see all the data that I can see on my machine. Nope. The app is really only good for reordering supplies and seeing how many hours you used it.

This is a much better way of ordering supplies. I can do my order 24/7 instead of calling five days a week during business hours. The app is easy to use.

I appreciate how easy it is to use this app to get my supplies.

The app isn’t that bad, but it is pointless. It’s just a slightly polished version of the online portal. My rating is primarily based on my entire experience with Lincare. If you’re considering using Lincare and you have a billing issue, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Worked great the first time I used it.

App wasn’t linking to my machine at first , however after calling the distributor whom gave me my machine they had forgotten to submit my information to billing whom makes the link by entering machine serial number and my information. So now waiting 72 hours for it to link up . However the air view app is what you mainly use to make adjustments and monitor your sleep info which links immediately via Bluetooth .
