Cleaned up backlog of RAW photos I no longer needed
This works great! Been looking for something like this for so long.
I just used this app to delete over 11,000 JPEG+RAW photo pairs and reclaimed 400GB of space from my iCloud. I ran it on my M2 MacBook Air over night and in the morning all I had to do was confirm the delete in the photos app. It did freeze and throw up an error on that delete process though. But just quitting the app and restarting, the app picks up where it leaves off and notifies you that it will finish processing. Overall pretty smooth experience. Would recommend to anyone struggling after transferring JPEG+RAW pairs from a camera SD card and seeing their iCloud usage overfill.
Works as advertised. Seems limited to deleting about 100 photos at a time. Wish it could do more but this is better than nothing for certain!
It’s slow when I’m deleting hundreds of raw photos but it does get the job done. One issue I found is that the select all/disselect button have white fonts in bright mode which made these 2 buttons invisible. Only when I turn on dark mode these buttons can be visible.
I was looking for an app that could make my photos smaller after editing. And this allows for just that! Definitely worth the price for the time it saves me with my photos.
Fast and to the point.
