Quick and easy
I didn’t get a receipt at the pump and I don’t see my Bills/ EM Rewards!!!!

Paying at the pump has come along way. I didn’t see how to select how much gas you wanna buy, but somehow it knew how much I had on my card. I’m still new to this.
Another day with a failed experience. I tried to you the app and the system kept cancelling my transaction - saying my card was declined. Then I used my card to buy gas. Unfortunately, the app has now locked me out for 24 hours. Terrible.
I am extremely disappointed with how your app handles payments. Today I used the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app to pay at the pump using Apple Pay linked directly to my DEBIT card. Despite using a debit card, your system processed the transaction as CREDIT and charged me the higher credit price per gallon. This is hidden overcharging and total robbery! As a delivery driver, I fill up constantly, and I chose your app expecting fair pricing, not to be tricked into paying credit fees for a debit transaction. I want this transaction reviewed, and I expect a refund for the price difference. Please fix your app routing so it recognizes debit cards properly through Apple Pay!
Worst reward program! Not beneficial at all. They hold your money if you go through the app if you have $100 and you put in $50 they will hold $100 until whenever they want to release the rest of your money you did not spend I’ve been using the app for a year it’s the only place I get gas at and i have $3 in reward. Not using this app anymore
I used my rewards once and can’t seem to use it again. I have to painstakingly type in the rewards number only to be told I need a pin which I don’t have. The cashiers at the gas stations are clueless.

I upgraded my phone. Same number. I can’t access my rewards or use app at the pump because the app says an account with that number already exists. Yes I know, AND I’M STILL USING THE SAME NUMBER. An absolutely terrible app
